Are you an experienced Registered Manager within domiciliary care, looking for your next challenge? Based in Manchester, you’ll oversee a busy branch supporting more than 100 service users and leading a skilled office and care team. Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

• Lead, develop, and support a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.

• Build strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare providers, and private clients.

• Manage budgets effectively, balancing service quality with financial sustainability.

• Contribute to strategic planning with the senior leadership team to drive service improvement and growth.

What Experience is Required

• Previous success as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or community care.

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with proven financial acumen.
